About Me

Hey there! My name is Marc Marius Mueller, and I am a designer & thinker.
I specialize on interaction and experience design, but I also work on print design and branding projects. My process ranges from contextual research to concept development and art direction.
My first exposure to design was during an internship at a local print shop, where I developed a strong appreciation for typography, that has since then been informing my work. I enjoy the development of concepts and consider it to be one of my strengths. My studies at SCAD pursuing an M.F.A in Graphic Design have helped me develop a methodology to base my design process on a solid contextual research, which allows for a more human-centered approach in my work. I hold a B.Sc. in Digital Media, which provided me with a solid understanding of digital environments. I also gained insights into the principles of working with code and programming languages.
I am originally from Bremerhaven, Germany, and spent my junior of high school studying abroad in Maracaibo, Venezuela. During my undergraduate studies, I spent a semester living in Ourense, Spain as a transfer student. As of now, I live in Savannah where I’m currently finishing my graduate studies. I enjoy being exposed to different cultures and studying foreign languages. I believe these intercultural experiences significantly influenced my ability to create empathetic design solutions that relate to the realities of different audiences.
